MEC, a leading media agency, (www.mecglobal.com)announced today that four executives have been named Managing Partner: Cheryl Di Martino, Mason Franklin, Michelle Gugliemelli and Adam Shlacther.

Cheryl Di Martino has been a significant contributor to the Macy’s account since she took on a leadership role in 2007. She was actively involved in the development and strategy behind Ragged Road, an MEC Entertainment produced web series for Macy’s brand, American Rag and Little Spirit, Macy’s first ever animated Christmas TV special. Cheryl now leads the Citibank account in North America. Cheryl reports to Managing Director, Tom Brookbanks.
Mason Franklin is responsible for the Consumer Insights team on the AT&T account. He is also an active contributor in the agency’s business development efforts and a key participant in multiple proprietary training initiatives. Mason will continue to report to Managing Director, Meridith Jamin.
Michelle Gugliemelli has led the development of MEC’s HR function since she joined MEC in 2006. During her tenure, she has partnered with client leaders in attracting and developing talent across all teams and was instrumental in staffing new business wins including AT&T, Macy's and Activision. Michelle will continue to report to Chief Talent Officer, Laura Agostini.
Adam Shlachter has made considerable impact on MEC Interaction since joining the agency in 2006. He has served as the digital lead for our biggest retail clients. He also oversees staffing and talent development within MEC Interaction. Adam is currently responsible for Digital Investment across all MEC clients in North America and will continue to report to Managing Director, MEC Interaction, Carrie Frolich.
